CONDITIONS & SERVICE
- First night payment is required to guarantee the reservation.
- First night payment is required to guarantee the reservation.
- The reservation is considered complete, when the client has a confirmation number and the bank deposit is completed.
- Check-in time: 3:00 pm
- Check-out time 12:00 pm | Up until 4:00 pm – 50% of a room rate | after 6:00 pm – 100% of a room rate
- All guests are required to sign a Waiver of Responsibility upon check-in
- 100% refund if cancelled with more than 14 days notice
- 50% refund if cancelled with 7-13 days notice
- No refund if cancelled with 6 days or less
HOUSE RULES
- Private alcohol beverages are not allowed on the property
- Smoking is NOT allowed in the tents
- Glass is NOT allowed in the whole area
- Pets are allowed but the owner takes full responsability for them
